Saw sharpening service

First time customer, With what I thought was an issue with the primer bulb. Turns out it was the Carborator and these guys found one that fitted and I was mowing my lawns an hour later for a very reasonable price. Great service thank you.

Slow service half the time there not contactable.Stay away unless you want to be disappointed!Don’t even check there products before they send out very disrespectful.Get off the crack guys unprofessional.

Called to see if they could help get a old mower (50 years) going. After a bad experience with Northside Mower Repairs was not hopeful. Unfortunately parts not available but the owner managed to find a part to get the carborator going. Very happy and a good price. Strongly recommend this business.

Spoke with Dan about getting a replacement muffler for an old motor I have, he advised the new muffler would be on backorder (I may not get it) and very expensive due to it being premium product. He went out the back and rummaged around to find something that would get me mowing again.In the time I was waiting to get served I swear I watched him give a loyal customer some fantastic gear for his new apprentice aswell. Just a bloody legend. Look after this business and they will look after you.

I ordered bandsaw blades on Monday and was told they would be ready Wednesday and that they would call. when they didnt call I called late in the day to enquire as to their progress but even though it was only 3pm there was no answer. So I ring on Thursday to be told that they never received my order and the receptionist was at fault, but they would be ready by 11. My job was very urgent and could not proceed so I said that wasnt good enough. was then told that they magically found my order. Ok so I pick it up. Ordered 6 tpi blades and was given 4tpi. I told them that wasnt what I ordered at which time the owner told me they were the same. What? I dont think so. Lied to twice and terrible service. Will NEVER GO BACK.

Should have read the reviews. Completely disorganised. A small job for a couple of days took nearly 4 weeks, 3 phone conversations and half a dozen unanswered calls.
