First time customer, With what I thought was an issue with the primer bulb. Turns out it was the Carborator and these guys found one that fitted and I was mowing my lawns an hour later for a very reasonable price. Great service thank you.

Called to see if they could help get a old mower (50 years) going. After a bad experience with Northside Mower Repairs was not hopeful. Unfortunately parts not available but the owner managed to find a part to get the carborator going. Very happy and a good price. Strongly recommend this business.

Spoke with Dan about getting a replacement muffler for an old motor I have, he advised the new muffler would be on backorder (I may not get it) and very expensive due to it being premium product. He went out the back and rummaged around to find something that would get me mowing again.In the time I was waiting to get served I swear I watched him give a loyal customer some fantastic gear for his new apprentice aswell. Just a bloody legend. Look after this business and they will look after you.

Took a Victa in for servicing and was happy with the price and how it ran after. Also gave them a call months later about an obscure spare part and they took one off a scrap mower and refused to take any money for it.

Please, I beg of people not to use this firm.They spent weeks and all sorts of excuses trying to explain on the poor workmanship they did to the item that was being repaired.There workers do not stay long, full of apprentices.The mechanics there do not stay long or away on sick leave.The item being repaired was only a minor fault and it took them weeks to repair it and they did more damage then what the repair was.

Went down tuesday...guy that helped us was awesome. 5 star service. Extremely helpful. Polite. Knowledgeable. Awesome. Went back again today (friday) and they were going to charge me $20 to undo 1 screw so if you get bad service ...try another day.
